    • Refunds and Credits
    All charges made through our platform are considered final and non-refundable by default. Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the services provided through our platform. If you encounter issues such as food quality or missing items in your order, we encourage you to directly contact the Restaurant you ordered from to discuss a possible resolution, which may include a refund or replacement items.
    While App2Food generally does not provide refunds or credits, we appreciate your feedback, and we remain committed to facilitating positive dining experiences through our platform. Any decisions regarding refunds or credits are ultimately at the discretion of the individual restaurant you ordered from. They will be better equipped to address specific concerns related to your order.

    • Canceled Orders
    Should you decide to cancel your order, charges may apply based on the progress of your order at the time of cancellation. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated to you before you confirm your cancellation.

    Transactions Involving Age Restricted Substances
    Restaurants within our platform may offer certain products, such as alcoholic beverages, which are subject to age restrictions and can only be purchased by consumers of legal age in jurisdictions that permit such transactions (collectively referred to as "Age Restricted Menu Items"). By using our service, you expressly represent and warrant that:

    You are of legal age to purchase Age Restricted Items in your relevant jurisdiction.
    You meet all other legal requirements of your jurisdiction to purchase Age Restricted Menu Items.
    Please be aware that App2Food cannot accept orders for Age Restricted Items. The delivery of such items will solely depend on the Restaurant’s acceptance of your order.
